If you spare a little time out of your daily busy schedule, you will notice kindness all around you. People helping people, people being there for each other, be it friends or partners in love.
However, people helping animals is a little bit off fashioned, but if you observe that keenly enough, you would notice that too. I know about human-beings who have dedicated their life in helping them through thick and thin. There is not even a single day they go without helping them. Helping them is not limited to feeding and petting, but also rescuing them, re-assuring them the life they deserve, offering them a chance to thrive, to fulfil their dreams, and to live life to the fullest.
I do not know if you have ever heard the name of the NGO ‘Aashray for Animals’ based in Durgapur, West Bengal and the introduction about their service. They not only rescue dogs and cats by giving them the best life they can possibly get, but they also arrange feeding campaigns, vaccination campaigns, and spread awareness.
Over the years, they have been doing so with their whole heart. Now, when I look around myself, I see more animal lovers who seem to spare a little time from their daily schedule and decide to spend it with the voiceless ones in need and that is all thanks to AASHRAY FOR ANIMALS www.instagram.com/aashrayforanimals/?hl=en . They have successfully raised awareness and making animals feel safer in this world. As they so proudly say, “every little drop of water transforms into an ocean”.

If you are someone staying in Durgapur and do not know where to go when you are feeling down or need a break, do visit them. You will forget how small your problems are. Eventually, you might also fall in love with life when you see those furry babies missing a leg but not an ounce of joy. Creature who do not judge and always extend a shoulder to cry on will give you a greater sense of purpose and joy.
I can assure you that you will love it there and to the ones not staying in Durgapur or West Bengal, write it down on your to-do list and once you tick it off, you will long to tick it off a thousand times.
