Following is The Recipe of Making Vegan Pumpkin Dog Treats:

You need to combine all aforementioned ingredients together and then one simple thing you need to do is follow the steps of making conventional dog biscuits i.e. roll out the dough and cut it into cookies. (Cookie cutters are easily available in the market).After cutting a considerable number of cookies out of your dough, you can bake them as you would do in case of regular cookies. The longer they bake, the crispier the cookies get but make sure not to burn them.

As these dog treats hardly contain any preservatives, they will last for about a week when kept in refrigerator and for about three months, if kept in freezer.
