The Pet Practitioners Association of Mumbai (PPAM), a proud member of FSAPAI, successfully conducted an intensive three-day training and Continuing Education (CE) event in Bangkok, Thailand, from January 18-20, 2025. Held at the prestigious Chulalongkorn University and Hotel BiokeSky, the event brought together 140 PPAM members for hands-on sessions and expert-led discussions.

The hands-on training at Chulalongkorn University covered Small Animal Ultrasound (USG) and Small Animal Dentistry, featuring esteemed trainers: Dr. Tiziana (Edinburgh) and Dr. Makarand Chousalkar (Mumbai) for USG, and Dr. Jerzy Gawor (Poland) and Dr. Kishor Mahind (UK) for Dentistry. These sessions provided practical insights into advanced veterinary techniques, enhancing participants’ clinical expertise.

Complementing the hands-on training, PPAM also conducted CE sessions at Hotel BiokeSky, reinforcing theoretical knowledge on USG and Dentistry. The event received overwhelmingly positive feedback, with attendees appreciating the quality of training, expert guidance, and engaging discussions.

With a fantastic turnout and enthusiastic participation, this successful initiative by PPAM highlights the association’s commitment to advancing veterinary education. The event not only fostered professional growth but also strengthened global collaboration in the field of pet healthcare.
