Holistic Pet Meals

PROTEIN PACKED VEGGIE BROTH

Ingredients

• 2 Pinch of turmeric
• 1/2 cup yellow moong dal
• 1 cup chopped cabbage
• 1/2 cup chopped beetroot
• 1/2 cup chopped spinach
• 1/4 cup crumbled paneer (Homemade paneer is a better option)
• 1/4 tsp coconut oil
• 3 glasses of water

Directions

• Cook the dal, cabbage, beetroot and spinach with turmeric, coconut oil and 2 glasses of water in a pressure cooker.
• Once cool, mash everything and add 1 glass of water to thin it out.
• Before serving add 2–3 teaspoons of crumbled paneer and 1/2 cup of lentil soup.

QUICK PRO-BIOTIC DESSERT

Ingredients

• 2 Banana chopped
• 1 cup of thick yoghurt (should not be sour)
• A pinch of cinnamon
• 2 teaspoon of honey

Directions

• Mix everything together
• Chill it for an hour in the refrigerator
• Serve as a midday snack.
