Phelenx is a unique research-based venture in the Pet Healthcare Sector. Driven by its objective of innovation in Pet Care, Phelenx was the first to conceptualize and introduce India’s First Pet Sanitizer in January 2020. Phelenx, in order to meet the need of the hour, right at the beginning of the pandemic, prioritized the launch of India’s First Pet Sanitizer under its brand, SANICAN. They also started the initiative ‘Corona and Companions’ to spread awareness and address concerns leading to the unfortunate abandonment of pets. Further in June 2020, Phelenx also partnered with a Pune based start-up for the supply of its pet sanitizer under the partner’s brand name and allowed them as well to use Phelenx’s First in India rights with an intent to reach out to maximum pets and pet parents. Keeping with its vision of research and development in Petcare, Phelenx has ideated and developed several other novel and value-added products and thus aims to make a difference in Pet Healthcare.

Phelenx founders Darshan Govani & Rucha Govani bring over decade of their experience of working in some of the leading global pharmaceutical companies for regulated markets at accountable positions. Looking at the unmet needs and scope for development in Pet care in India, the founders incorporated Phelenx Healthcare with a vision of adding value to the pet sector. Phelenx is committed to develop its state-of-the-art infrastructure for delivering quality products for India as well as global markets supporting India’s mission of ‘Make in India, Make for World’. This incubation will enable Phelenx to further its strengths and drive research towards its vision.
